"I am confident that I would be able to pass the test, I'm a proud Brit," he added, but promised to "take a keen interest" in knowing the answer "when it comes up again" in the same meeting next year. Chair of the committee, Lord Don Foster, said he will "follow up" on Mr Tapp's word.

    There’s a chance that someone once uploaded a picture of some boobs on it or something, so to “protect the children”, our beloved glorious leaders have blocked us from a big chunk of the internet.

      It’s actually because they’re not making any attempt to record self-reported age (such as “I am over 13”) on signup, while there is adult content on there, and did not want to cooperate with Ofcom on it.
