I was just thinking this the other day. S&p 500 companies need a percentage worker representation on the board or the company pays more tax with more oversight. All those companies need to provide onboard training for unionization, meeting site and/or time to have meeting, and board reps are voted by workers without influence from corporate. I’d love to see board members pay released to employees with a percentage cap above median salary.
