thanks mx linux is very nice OS.
but getting the same error and live log install is very nice.
I am confused. What is this a photo of? I mean, why do I see icons on the left if you are unable to install and boot to login screen?
This is image is from me installing mx Linux which boots for live USB and install freezes at grub install step. The text is from live logs of install process of mx Linux os
What are you using to create the bootable installer? Rufus may have options to help with this.
Also, MX includes a bunch of system rescue tools. If grub-install doesn’t work by myself, maybe chroot would help?
The MX community forums might be a good place to ask, too. Lots of power users there.
