The hearing comes after Epstein survivors called for the full disclosure of files held by the Department of Justice following the release of more than three million documents on 30 January
The thing about double jeopardy is that it only counts for the single unique act of breaking the law (or however many counts you’re convinced of/found not guilty for).
This means that if she admits to any additional crimes that she wasn’t found guilty/not-guilty for, she can be charged.
Incidentally, that’s why the movie Double Jeopardy is flawed.
