I could not stop thinking about how expensive it is for us to maintain these tiny towns, and how much better the outcomes would be and for how much less money, if instead of rebuilding their tiny town, we moved them all to cities.
It’s implied but not necessary. Some leopards eat their own face and come back for seconds.
