Color me truly surprised. From the headline, I expected yet another The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe remake. I always assumed that The Magician’s Nephew would never be turned into a film. It’s just such a big break from the previous books.

The previous LW&W adaption was pretty solid, so it makes sense to me to not want to go toe to toe with it right out the gate.
