They’ve already destroyed mail-in voting, so on election day they will put soldiers in front of polling places to physically prevent people from voting. It’ll be significantly easier with martial law in place.

The only other effective solution I can think of is citizen sabotage, but that’s like rioting in the shadows.

Elections are controlled by the states. They can’t cancel them, they can only ask the states to do so.
The electorates still need to travel to Washington DC to certify the election.
