If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

You can get this in gummy form, its something ridiculous like only two gummy’s will give you your daily fibre intake. Do NOT take more than the directions say, my god
Does it? I looked at the nutrition information on several brands and the highest is 5 grams, about 18% recommended daily intake, per serving.
I’ll have to try that. The capsules are no problem, the raw psyllium husk mixed with just water isn’t super pleasant
Costco sells a powder with stevia instead of sugar that’s pretty good. Two rounded (whatever that means!) teaspoons in the morning and two before dinner for me has been fantastic. The Kirkland brand is also half the cost of the Metamucil, as well as like half the dose. So that’s a quarter the price. It sells itself.
Rounded in this context means “heaping”. Don’t level off the tablespoon when you measure it.
So it’s fine if I use a rounded square teaspoon?
Yes it’s not the shape that matters it’s the extra on top.
The pills are nonsense though. Like 5 horsepills for 1 serving. Not worth it.
This is what I figured coming from drinking the raw powder in water. I was adding quite a bit
