Trade war with Canada has contributed to a significant decline in U.S. liquor sales
Jim Beam, owned by Suntory Global Spirits, is one of Kentucky’s biggest bourbon producers.
Kentucky went for tRump by 64.47%. Guess they’re getting what they voted for.

I don’t think you understand. It isn’t celebrating that this is happening. It sucks that it’s happening. However, it’s good that it’s made clear that it’s because of Trump, so the people who voted for it can learn a lesson. It’s bad that it’s happening, but it’s good they can learn from it.
To be very clear, in case this somehow wasn’t, people losing their jobs is bad. People learning that voting for something to hurt others effects themselves is good. These are not mutually exclusive. They can (and often do) happen at the same time. We don’t have to ignore the good just because there is also some bad. We can recognize both.
Is that what you get when you read comments like this about this discussion?
“It’s not a matter of me thinking these people are less than me or others like me. They are lesser. It’s not a matter of opinion. They aren’t human, but they’re the same group.”
Because I am seeing it as classifying millions of innocent people who didn’t vote for Trump, or weren’t even old enough to vote yet, and saying they should catch stray bullets because people they could not control chose something dangerously incompetent.
