Chinese threat actor Storm-0940 uses credentials from password spray attacks from a covert network <— NOTE: this is the same botnet that took down Steam for a day just recently, likely to stress test the botnets capabilities. You can also blame the current US and EU relations on China since they endorsed the Trump admin reelection using their TikTok psyop. I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia and China were promoting BREXIT as the vote was happening.
