Yes, as someone who watches a lot of technology or retrocomputing content. There is a decent amount of crossover there. @veronicaexplains@tilvids.com , @rees@makertube.net , though surprisingly I haven’t found @ActionRetro@bitbang.social. Without Sean on PeerTube, there just isn’t enough totally normal computing for an e-waste connoisseur.
But if your interest lie out of that narrow niche, it’s a bit of a content desert.

It’s up to the communities moderator @AbnormalHumanBeing@lemmy.world. But a post linked in the sidebar or stickied. Containing a list of YouTube content creators and their peertube accounts. Or just notable peer tube content creators would be a great way to get people on boarded. I’m thinking of doing something similar for my communities.
