24 days agoIt’s ok. The very definition of “ok”. It might even be “alright”. More importantly, it really fucks with the original Aliens timeline, since it is placed 2 years before Alien. Aliens 2 is also messed up by implied timelines. My wife and I had to have a sit-down and hash everything out so it would make sense. Some mental gymnastics and it’s fine. Making a lot of assumptions based off implied hints. Such as the original mission of the deep space science vessel starts like 65 years before the show starts. Remember that as you watch. But ya, that’s about it. Take your time watching it, binging will only make it feel worse. The last two episodes has some great scenes too so look forward to those.
The guy who plays arty also plays another character in eureka, so now my wife and I look forward to seeing him in other media, always asking “Arty why are you here”.it’s our head canon that he is cloned and ties multiple media together
