I mean, it’s literally been happening for years… I think they are going to try to do away with it entirely, but I think it’s relatively difficult for them to do at the moment. Though I guess this tactic of excluding agencies and organizations that go against the "administration’s interests " or whatever, might work if they keep expanding it…
