Hello Friends! The occupiers must remember: never run away from RADC Arkan drones, or you’ll die tired.

- Yeeesh. I get the impression the drone operator really, really wants this guy to just surrender so he doesn’t have to waste the drone on him, but the guy just won’t… - Gave him every opportunity, while the guy is alone, and just looks lost, confused and hungry. - Pretty sure this is desensitize and exhaust, not encouraging to surrender. - Run his battery out, fly by him 100 times until he thinks “ok this bullshit is just trying to mess with me”. Guard down? Boom. - But like…what guard? What’s the point? Why does this Russian invader need to be desensitized and exhausted before being killed? - I’d somewhat understand if surrender was an option but if the only outcome of this situation was death just…do it and be done with it. Pragmatically speaking the extra few minutes spent torturing the invader could instead be used to kill more invaders, no? - Maybe I’m just not cut out for war. - Also, the meme supercut is fucked up but I digress. - Total speculation, but those sudden moves at the end are potentially enough to turn a kill shot into a glancing blow, so the operator needs to ensure they get in as close as possible and with minimal sudden moves at the end. - A leap in the right direction could save your brain and take your legs instead. So better if a target is moving slow and not making a large move when the drone swoops in. - Fun alternative theory, this drone operator witnesses these guys doing some shit and had a score to settle. - I mean personally “settling a score” would probably take the form of “aim for his legs and let him bleed out in the field.” - I’m doubtful the invader can juke out a flying grenade, but I see what you’re getting at. It just seems inefficient at best and extraneously cruel at worst. - I’m a civilian in my computer chair at home though, not protecting my homeland from a protracted invasion so I acknowledge my value judgements are a luxury they are unable to afford. Fuck war.

- Seemed to me that pilot could’ve nailed him any time he wanted. Dude wasn’t exactly moving like Batman out there. If you’re really trying to get him, it’s not like you lose anything if you actually try to hit him and he ducks, you just come back around. No actual benefit to toying with him. - Getting him to surrender is a benefit though. Saves a drone, and gets you a prisoner you can milk for intelligence and maybe swap in the future. Prisoners are an asset, and it is beneficial to collect them when possible. - For sure, one factor we (well, I) don’t know about this one is whether this guy was in a place where he could even surrender. - Sometimes it’s too far, too dangerous to try to capture a POW. - Yeah, that’s a good point.
