I’m willing to bet Starmer’s Labour will put forward the idea of workhouses for the poor before the next general election.
It’ll be spun as “places for people to keep warm and keep busy” to start with, but you just watch.
Nothing like a good war to quell the numbers of poor! Better get those troops to the Ukraine asap!
