The first save gets downgraded from a “life save” to a “6 months save”. You have to return the hero crown they gave you.
You saved one life twice. But is there any significance to this being ‘her’ rather than ‘they’? Did you have a specific person in mind?
If they caught some babies or other parasite in the meantime, you may have saved much more lives.
