Leaders of the “coalition of the willing” group of nations will hold a video call on Thursday as chaotic American efforts to push through a peace deal to end the war in Ukraine reach a crunch moment.
Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said his officials would hand over a revised version of a peace plan to US negotiators on Wednesday before the call with leaders and officials from about 30 countries.

Last time we had a “Coalition of the willing” they illegaly attacked a country based on lies fabricated by the US (“Irak has wapons of mass destruction”) … bad choice of words.
Personally, I don’t have this association. They are just words like “peaceplan”. Another term used is the Multinational Force–Ukraine.
Add. Also this term is mostly relevant, beacuse some memberstates are unwilling to help Ukraine ( like Hungary). These countries cast a veto leading to EU policy deadlocks.
To circumvent this (and Trump), many EU/NATO countries engaged in this inter-gourvernamental format. Here is a recent list
