U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff met Russian President Vladimir Putin on Dec. 2 as part of the U.S. effort to advance negotiations aimed at ending Russia’s war in Ukraine.
Top Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov, who took part in the talks, called the meeting “very useful, constructive, and highly substantive” but said no concrete deal was agreed upon — a statement suggesting that a final peace agreement remains far off.

Nothing happened after 5 hours of scratching each other’s balls. So imo it won’t ever happen.
Witless Witkoff sat at the table telling Putin how wonderful his Moscow tour went. The aide to the right of Putin was incredibly happy at Witless Witkoff’s remarks as if to say to Putin “this guy is more stupid than we thought; really useful”.
They might have more success if they weren’t making such ridiculous demands

You have any news on this? Technically any business deal with a sanctioned country is hard. If you mean the "2 T US$ " deal Trumptraitor Inc wanted to make, it is related to unsanctioning RF economy and regaining G8 status, part of the first 28 point Ruzz-Witkoff draft , which seems to have been abandoned by the European Zelensky- Rubio version… But could be there are still 2 versions circulating.
