      There is definitely layers to this, someone is taking bribes just to be able direct how to bribe. Probably pay whoever a few thousand of dollars to be instructed to launder millions of dollars to Trump coin through some high frequency fee laundering mechanism and then Trump gets something in front of him to sign and only asks did he pay me?
